It is the place where the national football team had its training camps and where the players were prepared for international competitions. Frequent presence of football players in our centre made the hotel became not only one of the most representative facilities of Wronki, but also one of the most popular sports centres in Wielkopolska. Comprehensive equipment Apart from training fields and a stadium with heated grass, the centre also houses a professional gym, which may be used by anyone. The air-conditioned facility is comprehensively equipped with various devices and equipment that allow you to improve the muscles of the entire body. In the gym you can use x-trainers, stable electric treadmills, training bicycles and push-up machines, chest, back and leg muscles exercises. As part of our classes we also enable you to enjoy biological regeneration and comfortable locker rooms and bathrooms. Our professional gym offers cross, stretching and step fitness exercises – we offer so many types of classes that you will surely find one that meets your expectations. Our centre is equipped with air-conditioned rooms, adapted to comfortably conduct fitness classes even with larger groups. Spacious rooms and professional equipment are only a small part of the success. A lot depends on the instructors of particular exercises. The employees of our gym are people who are not only experienced, passionate and committed trainers, but above all enthusiastic people who value cooperation with others. What do we offer within our fitness program? You and your commitment are essential! Depending on your expectations and choices, you can choose from the following programmes: cross – a combination of sports gymnastics, weight-bearing exercises and athletics, during endurance and power training the body efficiency increases, calories are burned and muscles are built, stretching exercises – participants perform dynamic and static exercises, by stretching and flexing muscles the blood supply of the motor system improves, step fitness – strengthens the lower parts of the body and reduces body fat, improves motor coordination and efficiency of the body – all this happens as a result of intensive choreographic arrangements, which are gradually assimilated during classes. If you are interested in regular use of our gym, group classes or biological regeneration, please check our gym membership cards. For the convenience of our customers, we offer the possibility to buy not only monthly tickets entitling to use specific programs, but also variants combining various activities. Each gym card purchased from us is valid for thirty days. During this time, depending on the selected option, customers are entitled to six or ten sessions in our facility. We also offer two price variants – a ticket entitling to visits seven days a week until 4:00 pm – available for PLN 90, an unlimited variant – available for PLN 135. If you like to mix different physical activities, you can take advantage of our packages, such as the gym and biological regeneration card or group classes under the supervision of professional trainers and instructors.
